Cancer and End-of-Life Care Teleconference

Concord Hospital is hosting Living with Grief: Cancer and End-of-Life Care, Wednesday, March 24 from 1-4:30 pm. The event will be followed by a panel discussion. The teleconference is free, however three continuing education contact hours and an optional corresponding book are both available through the Hospice Foundation of America for a fee.
