Penacook Family Physicians, a department of Concord Hospital, offers a full spectrum of health care services to patients of all ages. We provide office care and use Concord Hospital’s Hospitalist Program for inpatient care, as well as nursing home and home visits when appropriate. Some services provided at Penacook Family Physicians include: physicals: work, school, camp and sports, gynecology, newborn care, skin care, child and adolescent health, minor surgery, women’s health care, acute injuries, osteopathic manipulation, behavioral medicine, musculoskeletal problems, preventive medicine, education: diet, smoking, cholesterol, diabetes and asthma, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The practice is located at 1 Merrimack Street in Penacook.

For all specialty care, your primary physician will work with you to identify the most appropriate physician for your needs. Authorization for specialty care must be arranged prior to your appointment for managed care patients.

Mondays through Fridays 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Extended hours are available by appointment several times a month.
