Cardiovascular Preventive Clinic
The Cardiovascular Preventive Clinic, in partnership with Cardiac Associates of New Hampshire, offers services to try to help people avoid heart attacks and cardiac disease. The clinic also strives to help people prevent repeated heart attacks, strokes and peripheral vascular disease in the legs.
The clinic, located at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord, offers a variety of tests, therapy programs and treatments including:
- Lifestyle changes
- Cardiac risk assessments
- Nutrition counseling
- Cardiac calcium scoring
- Blood testing
