The Concord Hospital Family Health Center provides basic dental services to low-income and/or Medicaid-insured teen and adult clients of Concord Hospital Family Health Center - Concord, the Concord Hospital Family Health Center - Hillsboro-Deering, and Riverbend Community Mental Health. The clinic is often closed to new patients due to overwhelming need for such services.

Procedures Performed or Problems Diagnosed and Treated:

• Relief from acute dental pain
• Simple extractions
• X-rays and diagnosis
• Fillings
• Limited dentures and partial dentures (new and repairs)
• Preventive services including cleanings, fluoride treatments and oral hygiene instruction

Services are provided at reduced fees or at no charge for those who qualify based on income and family size. Medicaid and New Hampshire Healthy Kids insurance are accepted.
