As a member of Concord Hospital Medical Group (a department of Concord Hospital), Concord Hospital Family Health Centers in Concord
and Hillsboro-Deering provide comprehensive, individualized medical care for the entire family. Services encompass the entire array of

- Board-certified physicians, NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency physicians, a nurse practitioner, and certified physician
assistants dedicated to providing high quality health care;
- A facility with modern amenities and space to maximize the use of advanced technology to enhance medical care;
- Mental health services from Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc.;
- Dental prevention and prophylaxis, diagnosis and restorative treatment, extractions, dentures, endodontics from Concord Hospital Dental
Clinic (at Concord location);
- Preventive and acute-care services as well as confidential services such as substance abuse referrals, STD/HIV testing, and family
planning at Teen Care Clinic (at Concord location).
