Rehabilitation Services of Concord Hospital provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to help patients regain their functional independence by allowing them to return to normal daily self-care, work and leisure activities. Services are offered at seven sites including Concord Hospital, the Memorial Building, the Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, CH Offices at Horseshoe Pond, The Heights, Warner and Pembroke.

More than 60 highly skilled physical, occupational and speech therapists trained in the treatment of orthopaedic, neurological, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and cognitive and perceptual problems provide therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
